Subscription and Payment Terms
The following terms apply to all subscriptions and payments made through our platform, whether via the In-App Purchase system on Apple devices, or through the Stripe payment provider on Android devices, which may offer various payment methods such as bank cards, PayPal, and others.
By continuing your subscription or making any payment within the app, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms and to the policies of the approved payment providers.
§1.1 Limited Trial Version (Always Available)
Users may use a free trial version of the App at any time. This trial version offers limited access to the App’s features. Certain functions remain restricted and can only be unlocked through a paid subscription plan.
In addition to the limited trial version, the Provider also offers paid subscription packages that include a two-month (60-day) free trial period with full access to all premium features.
- 1.2 Free Trial Period

Each new user is entitled to a free trial period of two months (60 days). - Scope:
The trial period provides full access to the features of the selected plan without any charges.
- If the user does not cancel the trial period before it ends, the first payment will be charged automatically at the end of the 60 days.
- If the user cancels the subscription during the free trial period, they will continue to benefit from the premium features until the end of the trial period, in accordance with the platform’s policies.
- If the user downgrades the subscription during the free trial period, the user retains the benefits of their current plan until the end of the cycle.
- On Android devices (Stripe):
If the user upgrades to a paid plan during the free trial period, the amount will be charged immediately, and the trial period will end at that time. - On Apple devices (Apple Payments – iOS):
If the user upgrades to a paid plan during the free trial period, the trial remains active until it ends, and the amount will not be charged until after the trial period has finished and the paid subscription begins.
- 1.3 Posting Limits and News Feed Features by Package
The use of the application’s features, in particular the posting features within the News Feed, depends on the type of package used by the user, whether a free package (Free) or one of the paid packages (Silver, Gold, Diamond).
The usage features include, without limitation:
- The number of business profiles that can be created and managed;
- The number of services that can be added for each business;
- The number of posts allowed within a specific time period;
- The number of images that may be attached to each post or per business;
- The ability to edit posts after publication;
- Visibility in local search results.
The usage limits and available features vary depending on the selected package. Full details of each package are specified in the package details section and within the application interface.
The application provider does not guarantee any specific order of posts or any minimum level of visibility, views, or interactions, even within paid packages, as content display is subject to internal technical and operational factors.
All limits are calculated based on the applicable time period of each package. Unused limits or features may not be carried over to subsequent periods.
- 1.4 Package Details and Available Features
Free Package
The Free package provides:
- Creation and management of one business profile;
- Addition of one service;
- Publication of a maximum of two posts per week;
- Attachment of two images per post;
- Visibility in local search results.
Silver Package
The Silver package provides:
- Creation and management of one business profile;
- Addition of up to three services;
- Publication of one post per day;
- Attachment of up to four images per post;
- Visibility in local search results;
- Ability to edit posts after publication.
Gold Package
The Gold package provides:
- Creation and management of two business profiles;
- Addition of up to six services per business profile;
- Publication of two posts per day per business profile;
- Attachment of up to six images per post;
- Visibility in local search results;
- Ability to edit posts after publication.
Diamond Package
The Diamond package provides:
- Creation and management of up to five business profiles;
- Addition of up to ten services per business profile;
- Publication of an unlimited number of posts;
- Attachment of up to ten images per post;
- Visibility in local search results;
- Ability to edit posts after publication.
General Notes
- All limits and features are subject to the active package at the time of use.
- The application provider reserves the right to modify package content or features for technical, operational, or development-related reasons. Users will be notified of material changes in accordance with applicable law.
- 2. Upgrades
- Allowed upgrades:
- From Silver Plan → Gold Plan
- From Silver Plan → Diamond Plan
- From Gold Plan → Diamond Plan
- Mechanism:
- The system (or payment provider) calculates the unused portion of the current subscription.
- The value of the unused days is credited to the user.
- Only the price difference after the credit is applied will be charged.
- 3. Downgrades
- Allowed downgrades:
- From Diamond → Gold or Silver
- From Gold → Silver
- Mechanism:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- The user retains all benefits of their current plan until the end of that cycle.
- Upon renewal, the lower plan rate is automatically applied.
- 4. Cancellation of Subscription
- The user may cancel the subscription at any time through the account settings within the app or via the payment platform used.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The user will retain full access and benefits of their current plan until the end of that cycle. - Once the billing cycle ends, the subscription will not renew automatically, and no further charges will be made.
- If the user cancels the subscription during the free trial period, they will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the trial period, in accordance with the platform’s policies.
- Users are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to ensure proper processing by the payment provider.
- 5. Email Notifications
All system-generated messages are sent automatically in the language selected in the app interface (English, German, Arabic, etc.).
Event-based notifications:
• Trial start — confirmation email
• Upgrade completion — plan and payment details
• Subscription cancellation — immediate confirmation
• Plan downgrade — confirmation email
• Successful payment — payment confirmation
• Payment failure — payment failure alert
- 6. Refund Policy
All payments made through the app are final and non-refundable,
except in the case of a verified technical error that resulted in the paid service being unavailable or not properly activated for the user.
In the event of a technical error, the user must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of payment, providing:
- The transaction number
- Screenshots showing the error (if applicable)
- The email or contact information registered with the account
Requests will be reviewed and verified, and the app reserves the right to accept or reject the refund request based on the accuracy of the data and supporting evidence provided.
The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (Apple / Stripe) and the issuing bank.
The app bears no responsibility for payments processed through external platforms or third-party providers, as such transactions are subject to the policies of the respective payment providers.

Android Devices (Stripe)
- Payments are processed via Stripe, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available methods.
- Refund requests are submitted through the app’s support team and, once approved, are processed by Stripe to the original payment method.
- All transactions are subject to Stripe’s Terms and Conditions.

- Any refund request or payment-related issue must be resolved directly through the App Store.

- 8. General Payment Terms
- All prices include applicable taxes, if any.
• The user must ensure the validity of their payment method.
• In case of a failed payment, the account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
• Access to premium features depends on successful payment processing. - 9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms in accordance with:
- Legal requirements,
- Changes in payment provider policies, or
- Internal operational updates.
Users will be notified in advance in case of any material changes.
